Possess a Master’s Degree (or a Bachelor’s Degree for bundle program) or its equivalent.
Be proficient in English (as per TOEFL or IELTS test for non-native English speakers).

She has published 61 research papers and authored five motivational books, along with a book on organizational behavior.
