Prof. Heng Sophea Joins GIU’s Faculty as PhD Student Advisor

Graham International University (GIU) proudly welcomes Prof. Heng Sophea, a distinguished Cambodian academic and corporate trainer, as its newest PhD Student Advisor. With over 20 years of experience in higher education and professional development, Prof. Sophea brings exceptional expertise and dedication to guiding doctoral candidates on their academic and professional journeys.

Prof. Sophea holds two Ph.D. degrees—one in Public Administration from the City University of Paris (France) and another in Educational Administration and Leadership from American Management University (USA). He is also pursuing a Ph.D. in Business Management at Preah Sihamoniraja Buddhist University (Cambodia), reflecting his commitment to lifelong learning.

As a seasoned educator, Prof. Sophea has lectured at leading Cambodian institutions, teaching a wide array of courses, including International Trade, Marketing Management, and Strategic Management. Beyond academia, he is a prolific author with 13 books on leadership and personal development and a sought-after trainer known for delivering impactful workshops on leadership, problem-solving, and motivation.

At GIU, Prof. Sophea will play a pivotal role in advising PhD students, leveraging his vast knowledge to foster their research excellence and career growth.
