Doctor of Public Policy (DPP) in Health Care Policy
Our Doctor of Public Policy (DPP) in Health Care Policy is designed to provide students with advanced knowledge and skills to address the complex issues within health care systems. The program blends law, economics, and policy analysis to equip students to critically evaluate and shape health care policies. Key topics include health care reform, the economics of health and medical care, and the analysis of costs, risks, and benefits in health care delivery. Students explore governance foundations and the legal aspects of health policy, while also honing their ability to communicate policy solutions effectively through public writing. Through rigorous research and dissertation work, students contribute to advancing the field of health care policy. Graduates are well-prepared to lead in health policy development, advocate for equitable reforms, and address key challenges in improving the efficiency, accessibility, and quality of health care systems globally.
