Prof. Tan Kwan Hong

Nationality: Singaporean
Prof. Tan Kwan Hong is the CEO of Tan Kwan Hong Academy and holds academic roles such as a Visiting Professor at the European Institute of Management & Technology (EIMT) and an Associate Professor at European International University, among many others. With over 17 years of experience, Prof. Tan is globally recognized for his contributions to education, corporate consulting, and public speaking. He holds more than 120 academic and professional degrees across various fields and has delivered speeches to over 1.5 million people globally.

Prof. Solomon Akpoviroro Kowo
Dean of Research and Planning
Nationality: Nigerian
Prof. Solomon Akpoviroro Kowo is a distinguished academic with a Ph.D. in Business Administration from Kwara State University, an MSc from the National Open University of Nigeria, and a BSc in Economics from Delta State University. Prof. Kowo was a Chief Lecturer at Ogun State Institute of Technology and currently a Professor at Global Humanistic University, Curaçao, and Visiting Professor at the University of Ss Cyril and Methodius, Slovakia. With 19 years of teaching and research experience, he has supervised over 600 theses and published 75 scholarly works indexed in Scopus and Web of Science, earning over 600 citations. Prof. Akpoviroro specializes in Entrepreneurship, Leadership, and Strategic Management and actively contributes as a business advisor, international facilitator, and research fellow globally.

Prof. Aida Mehrad

Prof. Aida Mehrad is an accomplished Spanish academic and industrial psychologist with dual PhDs in Organizational and Industrial Psychology and Social Psychology. She specializes in organizational behavior, leadership styles, and work engagement. Prof. Mehrad has over a decade of teaching experience in international institutions, mentoring students in subjects like human resource management, strategic leadership, and research methodology. She has published 61 research papers and authored five motivational books, along with a book on organizational behavior. Prof. Mehrad is a sought-after consultant and editor for scientific journals and an experienced academic department leader, committed to advancing knowledge in psychology and management through impactful teaching and research.

Prof. Elisabetta Prencipe
Director – School of Physics and the Cosmos
Nationality: Italian
Prof. Elisabetta Prencipe is an accomplished physicist with a Ph.D. in Nuclear and Subnuclear Physics from the University of Ferrara, Italy, where she graduated summa cum laude in 2008. With over 20 years of academic and research experience, she has made significant contributions to particle physics through her work on the BaBar, Belle, and Belle II experiments. Prof. Prencipe has held prestigious roles, including Principal Investigator, Diversity Officer, and member of advisory and publication committees. She has supervised numerous students across undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral levels and served as a lecturer in mathematics, statistics, and physics. Proficient in C++ and Python, she has developed advanced algorithms for particle tracking and data analysis. A passionate educator, she also excels in international collaboration and innovative teaching methods. Prof. Prencipe has over 700 publications and is recognized for her expertise in high-energy physics and commitment to fostering inclusive research environments.
