Dr. Frankie Lee Graham Jr.
President & Director
Nationality: American
Prof. Frankie Graham Jr. is the CEO of The Frankie Graham Jr. Foundation. Known for his incredible academic achievements, Frankie holds over 500 professional certifications, 30+ bachelor’s degrees, 80+ master’s degrees and Doctorate of Education in Higher Education, making him one of the most educated individuals in the world. He is currently pursuing over 15 doctorate degrees. His academic qualifications span various fields, including international relations, artificial intelligence, business intelligence, leadership, project management, and education. Graham’s lifelong dedication to learning and leadership fuels his mission to promote excellence in education through GIU.

Dr. Tan Kwan Hong
Provost, Dean, & Director
Nationality: Singaporean
Prof. Tan Kwan Hong is the CEO of Tan Kwan Hong Academy and holds academic roles such as a Visiting Professor at the European Institute of Management & Technology (EIMT) and an Associate Professor at European International University, among many others. With over 17 years of experience, Prof. Tan is globally recognized for his contributions to education, corporate consulting, and public speaking. He holds more than 120 academic and professional degrees across various fields and has delivered speeches to over 1.5 million people globally.

Dr. Solomon Akpoviroro Kowo
Dean of Research and Planning
Nationality: Nigerian
Prof. Solomon Akpoviroro Kowo is a distinguished academic with a Ph.D. in Business Administration from Kwara State University, an MSc from the National Open University of Nigeria, and a BSc in Economics from Delta State University. Prof. Kowo was a Chief Lecturer at Ogun State Institute of Technology and currently a Professor at Global Humanistic University, Curaçao, and Visiting Professor at the University of Ss Cyril and Methodius, Slovakia. With 19 years of teaching and research experience, he has supervised over 600 theses and published 75 scholarly works indexed in Scopus and Web of Science, earning over 600 citations. Prof. Akpoviroro specializes in Entrepreneurship, Leadership, and Strategic Management and actively contributes as a business advisor, international facilitator, and research fellow globally.

Dr. Kim Graham

Nationality: Vietnamese
Biography
Prof. Kim Graham holds an D.B.A. in General Management, D.B.A. in Real Estate, M.Ed. in Early Childhood Education, an M.Ed. in TESOL, two MBAs in General Management and Business Studies, and two LLMs in Business & Law and Corporate Law, showcasing her diverse academic and professional expertise. Graham has extensive experience in various industries. She managed a plastic molding service for over 20 years and has been actively involved in real estate for 18 years, buying, building, and selling properties. In Vietnam, she owns a restaurant that serves over 300 meals daily and manages a pagoda used for community outreach events.

Dr. Aida Mehrad
Director – School of Psychological Studies
Nationality: Spanish
Prof. Aida Mehrad is an accomplished Spanish academic and industrial psychologist with dual PhDs in Organizational and Industrial Psychology and Social Psychology. She specializes in organizational behavior, leadership styles, and work engagement. Prof. Mehrad has over a decade of teaching experience in international institutions, mentoring students in subjects like human resource management, strategic leadership, and research methodology. She has published 61 research papers and authored five motivational books, along with a book on organizational behavior. Prof. Mehrad is a sought-after consultant and editor for scientific journals and an experienced academic department leader, committed to advancing knowledge in psychology and management through impactful teaching and research.

Dr. David E. Immendorf
Director – School of Education
Nationality: American
Prof. David E. Immendorf is a seasoned Mathematics and Physics educator with over 30 years of experience in secondary education. Based in Pennsylvania, he has taught a wide range of learners, including IEP, GIEP, and ESL students, and developed numerous innovative courses such as AP Physics, Conceptual Physics, and Astronomy. He served as department head for both Mathematics and Science at Reading High School. Holding double bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Education and Science, and Ed.D. in Educational Leadership, Prof. Immendorf has continued to expand his expertise through studies at institutions like Harvard and Lehigh. Fluent in English and German, and proficient in Spanish and French, he combines academic rigor with cross-curricular creativity to foster dynamic and engaging learning environments.

Dr. George Dinglasa Esteban
Director – School of Engineering
Nationality: Spanish & Filipino
Prof. George Dinglasa Esteban is a highly skilled professional with over 18 years of expertise in energy management, engineering, and sustainability. Holding multiple doctorates, including a Ph.D. in Energy Engineering (Honoris Causa) and a Doctorate in Technology Management, he specializes in energy optimization, renewable energy integration, and advanced power systems. Prof. Esteban has successfully led projects that generated substantial energy and cost savings, driving innovation and sustainability in industrial and commercial facilities. A Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute (UK) and a licensed professional engineer in Spain and the Philippines, he combines technical acumen with strategic leadership. He is also an active mentor, educator, and international consultant committed to excellence in engineering and energy management.

Dr. Heng Sophea
Director – School of Philosophy
Nationality: Cambodian
Prof. Heng Sophea is an accomplished academic, corporate trainer, and author with over 20 years of experience in higher education and professional development. He holds Ph.D. degrees in Public Administration (City University of Paris, France) and Educational Administration and Leadership (American Management University, USA). He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Business Management at Preah Sihamoniraja Buddhist University (Cambodia). Prof. Sophea lectures at leading Cambodian institutions, teaching International Trade, Marketing, and Strategic Management, among other subjects. A prolific author of 13 books on leadership and personal development, he is also a sought-after trainer, delivering workshops on leadership, marketing, and employee motivation. Recognized with a Royal Medal from H.M. King Norodom Sihamoni, his contributions have left a lasting impact on education and business.

Dr. Paul Jeffrey Borja
Director – School of Medical Professions

Dr. Paul Jeffrey Borja is a distinguished Filipino-American healthcare executive and educator with deep expertise in case management, nursing leadership, social work integration, palliative care, and organizational strategy. He holds multiple doctoral degrees, including a Doctor of Business Administration and a Doctor of Philosophy in Nursing from American Management University, a Professional Doctorate in Healthcare Administration, and additional doctorates in law, education, and nursing practice. With over two decades of healthcare leadership experience, Dr. Borja currently serves as Director of Case Management, Social Work, and Palliative Care at Sutter Medical Center Sacramento, where he leads interdisciplinary teams to advance patient-centered care, quality outcomes, and system efficiency. He is a nationally recognized speaker and published author who contributes to professional standards and thought leadership in case management. Dr. Borja previously served as National Secretary of the Case Management Society of America and currently serves as President of the CMSA Sacramento Chapter.

Dr. Bege Mathias
Digital Marketing Manager

Dr. Bege Mathias is a Digital Marketing Executive with a DBA in Online Marketing, an M.Sc. in Business Administration, and a B.Sc. in Political Science. He holds an Honorary Professorship from Graham International University, awarded for his remarkable work as a Digital Marketing Manager at The Frankie Graham Jr. Foundation. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Digital Marketing. With years of digital marketing experience across Nigeria, Canada, the UK, and the US, Dr. Mathias has excelled in enhancing institutions’ digital visibility organically.
