Dr. Barone, a seasoned operations and production executive with over 25 years of experience, has demonstrated exceptional leadership across diverse industries. His career is marked by measurable success in optimizing processes, enhancing efficiency, and driving multimillion-dollar improvements in cost reduction and productivity. As Senior Director of Operations & Production at Interport Maintenance Co., Inc., he has been instrumental in implementing lean manufacturing strategies, strengthening supply chain systems, and mentoring leaders toward excellence.

In addition to his distinguished professional record, Dr. Barone holds a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) and MBA in Business Administration & Management from the European-American University, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Information Technology from Canadian Christian University, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. He has also earned multiple certifications, including Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Operational Excellence, and Project Management credentials.
