Diploma in Philosophy of Law
Our Diploma in Philosophy of Law explores philosophical foundations of legal systems, justice, and moral responsibility. The program examines how law relates to ethics, authority, and social order while addressing questions about legal interpretation and obligation. Students analyze competing theories explaining legal validity and the relationship between law and morality. Emphasis is placed on critical reasoning and ethical evaluation of legal principles.
