A distinguished Hong Kong scholar based in Hong Kong, Prof. Tso brings unparalleled expertise in geopolitics, diplomacy, and Traditional Chinese Stratagem to GIU’s academic community.

Tso is a Research Professor in World Stratagem and a Professor of Geopolitics and Diplomacy. He also serves as the Convenor of the Society of Advanced Study of International Relations. Known for his groundbreaking work in applying Traditional Chinese Stratagem to modern geopolitical analysis, Prof. Tso is an authority on Chinese foreign policy and its impact on global geopolitics.
His renowned book, I Ching and 36 Tricks, is a cornerstone in the field, frequently cited by scholars worldwide. Prof. Tso’s expertise is sought after by global media, where he provides critical insights into international relations, focusing on regions such as the Middle East, Africa, and Latin America.
