GIU Achieves Nationally Recognized Accreditation From IARC
Graham International University (GIU) is proud to announce its latest milestone in educational excellence: nationally recognized accreditation from the Public Foundation “Independent Institute of Accreditation, Rating, and Certification” (IARC) in Kyrgyzstan.

This government-recognized accreditation represents a pivotal achievement in GIU’s dedication to providing high-quality education and ensures its commitment to standards that benefit students, stakeholders, and the broader academic community.
This accreditation is part of the International Association for Quality Assurance in Pre-Tertiary & Higher Education (QAHE) Joint Accreditation Program with IARC. The benefits of this joint accreditation extend far beyond quality assurance alone, enhancing GIU’s standing in the global educational landscape and providing its students with significant advantages.
This accreditation ensures that GIU students’ qualifications are respected and recognized on a national and international level. As GIU moves forward with the support of IARC, students will experience a curriculum that meets rigorous standards and a learning environment aligned with the latest academic advancements. This not only assures the value of their degree in the job market but also opens doors for global opportunities, including credit transfers, dual degree options, and further studies abroad.
For other stakeholders, including prospective employers and industry collaborators, this accreditation solidifies the university’s commitment to maintaining a quality education framework. The accreditation validates the university’s structured approach to quality in administration, teaching, and curriculum development commitments to quality, which includes full accreditations from QAHE and the Graham International Education Accreditation Agency (GIEAA), fostering trust in GIU graduates as professionals prepared to meet current industry demands. GIU’s faculty and staff also benefit from a structured system that promotes professional development, access to cutting-edge educational methodologies, and a collaborative international network, ultimately enhancing the entire academic ecosystem.
This achievement builds on GIU’s long-standing commitments to quality, which include full accreditations from QAHE and the Graham International Education Accreditation Agency (GIEAA) and official recognition by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the U.S. IRS. The university’s adherence to six ISO certifications in quality assurance and its membership in prominent education organizations further strengthen its educational offerings.
Through its national accreditation by IARC, GIU reaffirms its dedication to delivering outstanding education, supporting students’ personal and professional growth, and contributing to the global academic community. As GIU looks forward, this accreditation serves as a testament to its mission and marks an exciting new chapter for the university and its community of students and stakeholders.
