Possess a Master’s Degree (or a Bachelor’s Degree for bundle program) or its equivalent.
Be proficient in English (as per TOEFL or IELTS test for non-native English speakers).
Have basic operating knowledge of a smartphone or a computer.

Prof. Aida Mehrad is an accomplished Spanish academic and industrial psychologist with dual PhDs in Organizational and Industrial Psychology and Social Psychology. Prof. Mehrad has over a decade of teaching experience in international institutions, mentoring students in subjects like human resource management, strategic leadership, and research methodology. She has published 61 research papers and authored five motivational books, along with a book on organizational behavior. Prof. Mehrad is a sought-after consultant and editor for scientific journals and an experienced academic department leader, committed to advancing knowledge in psychology and management through impactful teaching and research.
